FAQ

Answers for decision-makers

Straight answers on fit, ROI, governance and delivery — for the COOs, CFOs, CIOs and public-sector leaders who evaluate an engagement before they reach out.

These answers cover the questions we hear most often. For specifics about your process, volume and goals, book a 30-minute process review.

Getting started

How do you identify good AI opportunities?

We start with the process, not the tool. We look at where manual work, delays, inconsistent execution, and poor visibility are creating cost or operational drag, then prioritize opportunities based on likely impact, feasibility, and business value.

What happens in the 30-minute process review?

A focused conversation about one process: who does the work, what it costs and where it gets stuck. We end with our honest read on where to look first and whether AI belongs there at all. If there is a fit, the next step is a fixed-scope Process Assessment.

Where have you done this?

In distribution and retail supply chain, luxury retail, hospitality, education technology and finance — inside large, regulated, multi-country organizations. The document changes; the pattern rarely does. The method — find the process that is costing you, understand it, redesign and rebuild it, measure the result — works for companies and public bodies alike.

Do you work with governments and public bodies?

Yes. Our public-sector practice rebuilds departmental processes — applications, permits, claims, inspections, procurement — with fixed-scope discovery, a controlled pilot, complete audit history and handover to your team.

ROI & pricing

How do you measure ROI?

We capture a baseline before we build — cycle time, people involved, error and exception rates, and visibility — then measure the pilot against it. We report results against the four outcomes: efficiency, cost, auditability and control.

What kind of results are realistic?

It depends on your process maturity, variability, and volume. In one recent engagement, the staff hours spent managing shipments and invoices fell by about half — time the team now spends on other work — with a clean shipment-and-invoice package ready in about 20–30 minutes instead of hours or days. We frame likely ranges for your situation rather than promising a single number.

How is an engagement structured and priced?

Most engagements start with a fixed-fee Process Assessment (3–4 weeks) that is credited against a pilot. A pilot is fixed-scope — one process, 6–10 weeks — with success criteria agreed up front.

Governance & security

Do your solutions replace employees?

No. AI prepares the decision; your people make it. The goal is to remove repetitive manual work so teams can focus on exceptions, judgment, and higher-value decisions.

How do you work with our existing IT team?

As a short-term extension of it. Your IT team keeps running the business and stays in charge of decisions and standards; we add AI expertise and extra capacity for one defined project, build the solution with them and deliver a measured result by an agreed date. Then we train your team and hand the solution over for them to run. We complement your IT team, never replace it.

How do you handle data accuracy and review?

We do not position AI as fully autonomous or perfectly accurate. We use structured extraction, low-confidence field flagging, validation, human review, and approvals to make the process reliable and auditable.

Where does our data live?

In your environment. Solutions are designed with least-privilege, role-based access, original records linked to each item, and traceable actions. See the Trust page for how we approach data protection and human oversight.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, models, prompts, documentation and training materials are yours on payment. We build to hand over, not to create dependency.

Delivery & integration

You are a small firm. Can you deliver?

You get the architect, not a junior team learning on your budget. The person who scopes the engagement builds it. For larger builds we bring in vetted engineers under the architect’s direction, and we build to hand over.

We already have a platform partner or a large consultancy.

Good. We make the platform deliver on one concrete process, in weeks, with a measured result you can show. We work alongside your partners and your IT team.

Can your solutions integrate with ERP, SAP or case systems?

Yes. We design for integration, with structured data, background processing, and controls that fit ERP, SAP, case-management and reporting systems.

How long does a pilot take?

Typically 6–10 weeks, scoped to a single high-value process, so you get a measured result before committing to a broader rollout.

Have a process that is slow, expensive or hard to audit?

Tell us about it in 30 minutes. You will leave with three places to look and an honest view of whether AI belongs there.
