I started 5 Stars Technology to do one thing well: find the process that is slowing an organization down, costing too much or escaping audit, understand it in depth, and rebuild it into one that is efficient, cost-effective and auditable.
I spent most of my career inside large organizations — running IT for Richemont’s Latin America and Caribbean region and building systems for Cartier and its sister brands; architecting learning platforms at Anthology; and, most recently, rebuilding a global shipment-and-invoice operation for an international distribution operator. In every one of those, the hard part was never the technology. It was understanding how the work actually happened, who was accountable, and where control was being lost.
That is what we bring to every engagement: enterprise-grade software design, disciplined discovery, critical thinking about requirements, and the latest AI where it genuinely improves the process. Governance, human review and audit trails are designed in from the first day, because a result nobody can trust is not a result.
I design solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, with AI credentials spanning these ecosystems. I am based in Miami and work with organizations anywhere in the world — remotely, and on site when the work calls for it.
